Our portrait sessions are designed to capture and preserve the love, affection and expressions that are uniquely your family. We can, of course, give you traditional portraits that most people remember hanging on the walls of their grandparents house, but we specialize in recording an event or a moment in the life of your family. During one of these sessions you should choose an activity (and a wardrobe) that represents your day to day life. No posing in matching outfits on a park bench mugging for the camera. We would rather see you playing tag in the backyard with your children, your son’s 1st birthday party, a shopping trip with your teenage daughter, you at home, barefoot with your new baby--a slice of your life that you want to remember. High school seniors, boudoir, and maternity sessions can also be done this way. Sessions are $45 for new clients, $25 for returning clients and can be at our studio or at the location of your choice. Sessions generally last about an hour depending on the type of session and typically yield 30 - 40 final photographs to choose from. Also included is a post-session proofing at the studio where we will discuss your options and place the order for your prints and other items. All of your photos will be available in a private online gallery for viewing or friends and family may purchase prints at their leisure for up to 2 months after the session. |
